Whether you’ve never heard of downward facing dog or you’ve spent hours in it, TJ will guide you through a sequence that suits your body in that moment. These are not movie or magazine bodies, they are real bodies living real lives. Each body comes to class with its own unique gifts and limitations. You’ll work with yours, your neighbour will works with theirs and TJ will balance all of them. The first part of the yogic journey is to walk through the studio door. Be a part of the community just by being there. Next, find your sanctuary on your mat then close your eyes and recognize the sanctuary within. TJ will walk a path along side you and offer as much or as little support as you need.
