In 2014, Erin took a leap of faith from her career of law and policy, and began  her journey with yoga.  Erin had fallen in love with the space that yoga naturally created for self-healing.  She felt that on the yoga mat, you learn to listen to your inner wisdom and tap into the courage it takes to follow our hearts and be our best selves. Erin’s classes encourage yogis to personalize their own yoga practice and are open to everyone.  During practice, she will work with you to help you focus on building inner and outer strength, and reconnecting yourselves to the path of self-acceptance, authenticity, and a life fully lived.


Erin teaches Thursday morning Flow at 9:30am and Family Yoga on Sundays, both classes.
