Feeling physically, mentally and spiritually in need of a change, Eliza began to practice yoga in 2011. Feeling a shift almost immediately, her aches and pains became manageable, stress levels reduced and she felt happier and stronger than she had in a very long time.
Over the last few years, Eliza has taken many classes, workshops and courses with wonderful instructors and each one of them has been an inspiration in various ways. Yoga helped her to reconnect with herself and her whole outlook on life began to change. Eliza wanted to share that feeling and help encourage others to grow, becoming a teacher seemed a natural path.
Eliza enrolled in a 200hr teacher training that focused on Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hatha and Pre and Post Natal Yoga. She is now working towards her 500hr certification.
