In 2001, Cecilia was in a very stressful career in the corporate world, it was that stress that led Cecilia to her first yoga class.  Her personal practice strengthen her mind, body and success. Yoga guided Cecilia to a much greater understanding of herself, while pain, stress and fatigue disappeared.  Cecilia was given an opportunity in 2015 for Yoga Teacher training, which she now supports, guides and shares the benefits of yoga with others.

Cecilia style of teaching include Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and /or Sridaiva(Bow Spring Alignment). Cecilia enjoys teaching a fusion of yoga styles in a playful and fun tone. Pranayama, guided Meditation and the principals of yoga are incorporated into each class.

Cecilia favorite quote is from Einstein: “Not everything that can be counted counts and not everything that counts can be counted”.

Cecilia teaches Bowspring Monday at 8:00pm and Wednesday Yin yoga at 8:00pm.
