A 30 to 40 min class that will teach you the basic fundamentals of Pilates.  This class style is based on Joseph Pilates idea of “contrology”.  He believed that deep breathing and mental concentration was essential in building a healthy body, mind and respiratory system.

The focus on this class will be building a strong foundation using breath and 5 press points.  Each movement is cued and engaged with breath.  This workout is for anyone who wishes to improve their core strength, and their everyday lifestyle.
