Bootcamp Yoga

This class is a combination of Yoga and Fitness, that will involve strength training, cardio and yoga.  Build muscle, get your heart pumping, improve your flexibility and calm your mind.

This class is offered 2x/wk. Tuesday is 30 minutes that focuses on the foundation, learn the moves and then on Thursday join in for a 1 hour workout. Perfect for everyone. Beginner to Advance.
