Post-Natal Fitness

This is NOT a yoga class.  This is a 60 min Fitness class.

Are you trying to get back into shape and lose the baby weight. This intense workout will help you build strength, improve your cardiovascular system, strengthen your core and all around make you feel better.  A variety of exercises using your own body weight, bands, plus cardio intervals for that added burn, and lets not forget those ab exercises. So come out and get a great workout and have some fun.

**Must be a minimum of 6 weeks post pregnancy and have medical approval***
