Morning Fitness

This is NOT a yoga class.  This is a 60 min Fitness class.

Are you looking for some help to get  into shape ? do you need motivation and guidance? Start your morning with a workout that will help you build strength, improve your cardiovascular system, strengthen your core and all around make you feel better.  A variety of exercises using your own body weight, bands, plus cardio intervals for that added burn, and lets not forget those ab exercises. So come out and get a great workout and have some fun.
