Stand Up Paddle Board

Stand up Paddle Board on land. This fun class will strength your core, challenge your balance and teach you agility. The board is place on 3 balance disks, one large center disk and two smaller disc located at each end. A slow flow style of yoga is your practice for today. Space is limited, so please arrive early to get your spot.
