Power Yoga

Power yoga is a blend of flowing yoga poses that encourage flexibility, strength and inner peace.  As with traditional yoga, you will find this class includes a series of challenging postures that move from one pose to another.  The benefits of this class will develop your strength and agility, increase stamina and endurance, improve balance and coordination and help relieve stress.
