If you are feeling achy and sore this class is for you. 60 mins in a heated environment, not to hot, but enough to warm those aching muscles. The room is heated to approx 24*C. The benefits of heat allows for more blood flow to your muscles, creating a healing process to those aching muscles. This class will stretch those muscles groups that have been forgotten about, such as your neck and shoulders, hamstrings and glutes. At the end of the class you will notice how much better you will feel after stretching out those tired, sore muscles.
