Hatha Yoga

Enjoy the practice of Asanas (yoga postures) and Pranyama(Breathing exercises). Together they will bring peace to the mind and body. in this class you will get an introduction the the most basic yoga postures. By the end of the class you will feel longer, looser and more relaxed.  All levels welcome.
